About the organisation
Our client is an independent regulatory body in the UK responsible for ensuring the financial markets work well for the consumers and the economy, promoting market integrity and effective competition.
Role Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement or re-engineering
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and define business requirements
* Develop process maps, gap analyses, and business cases to support change initiatives whilst ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and regulatory obligations
* Collaborate with delivery teams and Business Change to implement process improvements and monitor outcomes contributing to continuous improvement
Skills:
Minimum:
* Prior experience with Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies
* Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, including process improvement within regulated environments or public sector organisations
Essential:
* Clear and concise communication skills, both written and oral
* Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships
