What you’ll be doing:
* Administering and supporting Microsoft 365 applications, ensuring smooth performance, security, and user access management.
* Managing regular data loading activities, keeping information accurate and consistent across systems.
* Coordinating and delivering system upgrades and enhancements, working with internal teams and suppliers to minimise disruption.
* Overseeing release management, change management, and documentation.
* Maintaining strong data quality standards through effective data governance and compliance processes.
* Troubleshooting technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing lasting solutions.
* Documenting key configurations and procedures to support continuous improvement.
* Collaborating with teams across the business to identify opportunities for automation and improved data management.

* Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
* Good understanding of data management, change control, and system upgrades.
* Strong documentation skills and an organised, methodical approach to managing processes.
