Mechanical Project Manager (Outside IR35)
About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee a large mechanical package for a major project. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical bias and proven experience managing critical environments such as pharmaceutical facilities, data centres, or similarly complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver mechanical packages from inception to completion.
* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and programme compliance.
* Oversee project schedules, cost control, and documentation.
* Report progress to senior management and clients.
* Ensure all works adhere to industry standards and client specifications.
Requirements:
* Strong background in mechanical building services.
* Previous experience in critical projects (Pharma, Data Centre, etc.) is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.
* Available for an immediate start.
