Job Description

3. Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
4. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions for customers.
5. Provide technical guidance and support during the onboarding process for new clients.
6. Regularly review customer systems to identify potential improvements or upgrades.
7. Resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the client's operations.
8. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
9. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's product and service offerings to ensure accurate client advice.
10. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Account Manager should have:

11. A background in a technical or sales role within for an MSP or VAR and strong understanding of IaaS, SaaS, BaaS alongside MS Azure
12. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver high levels of customer service.
13. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges.
14. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
15. Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
