Role Responsibilities:
\n
* Manage a caseload of Defendant/Claimant costs files
* Draft points of dispute, bills of costs and replies
* Skilfully negotiate costs offers
\n
Experience Requirements:
\n
* Proven experience in the insurance sector (RTA, Employment/Public Liability, Industrial Disease, Clinical Negligence)
* Good working knowledge of the Fixed Recoverable Costs regime
* Advocacy experience (interim applications, cost case management, detailed assessment hearings)
* Expertise in costs case management (cost budgets, budget discussion reports)
* Exceptional negotiation skills
* Proficiency in drafting bills of costs, points of dispute and schedules
