The successful candidate will be head of department accross the company. Aconex software experience essential. The ideal candidate will process the following: Document Management: Maintain accurate records of project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, reports, and correspondence. Version Control: Ensure that all project documents are up-to-date and that the most recent versions are accessible to the appropriate team members. Distribution: Facilitate the distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally, while adhering to established protocols. Filing and Archiving: Organise and manage the electronic and physical filing systems for efficient retrieval and storage of documents. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to verify document accuracy and compliance with established standards. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure timely document submission and approval.
