Supported Living Support Worker, Carterton, From £24,870 per annum Permanent Job opportunity Role Overview We are seeking a compassionate Supported Living Support Worker to join a leading care provider in Carterton, supporting individuals with learning disabilities. Key Responsibilities As a Supported Living Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with varying levels of need, including personal care, eating and drinking, shopping, and household tasks. You will also facilitate and participate in activities such as music, cinema, and theatre trips, days out, and holidays, ensuring that everyone has varied and exciting experiences. Required Skills & Experience Although no prior experience is necessary, as full training is provided, ideally, you will have a background in care or working with people with specific additional requirements. However, we are more interested in hearing from people who are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. You will need a positive, can-do, and professional attitude, be reliable and flexible, and able to do sleepovers. A valid UK Driving Licence is also required.
