Join a high-growth brand, leading the charge in paid social.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong track record in paid social — someone who understands what makes platforms like Meta and TikTok perform and how to connect creative with results.
While this role won’t be responsible for media planning or buying, it's essential that you know how to interpret performance data and collaborate closely with our digital team. You’ll use those insights to brief impactful creative that delivers — knowing what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what needs to be done next.
This is a key role in our expanding marketing team as we continue to grow in the UK and raise our game across every channel. You’ll be the bridge between digital, brand, and creative — helping bring our story to life while elevating the consumer journey across our D2C ecosystem.
What you’ll bring:
* A proven track record in paid social, especially Experience with Meta Business Suite and TikTok marketing (organic and paid) with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into strategy and creative briefs.
* Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable creative briefs.
* Experience working alongside digital/performance teams to drive better results.
* Strong creative judgement and experience leading in-house creative teams.
* Deep understanding of full-funnel strategies and consumer journeys in D2C.
* Passion for brand-building in a fast-paced, science-led environment.
* Up-to-date knowledge of AI tools and digital marketing trends.
* Exceptional project manager with proven cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Familiarity with project management tools like Basecamp, Asana and or Trello.
* A strategic thinker and creative storyteller with a sharp eye for detail and design.
