Job Title: Rearrangements Coordinator
Location: NI
Terms: Permanent
The Job: Hyperfast is seeking an experienced Administrator to assist in the successful delivery of programmes within our Rearrangements Department, aligned with KPIs, role responsibilities, and company objectives.
What will you be doing?
* Creating and progressing orders through CRM and Arc software platforms.
* Managing shared inboxes.
* Issuing work to suppliers, updating progress, and maintaining trackers.
* Conducting quality and compliance reviews for orders.
* Performing corrective actions to ensure high standards.
* Understanding of the telecoms industry is advantageous but not essential.
* Assisting with operational analysis, reporting, database management, and documentation to ensure compliance.
* Identifying potential obstacles with the Rearrangements Manager.
* Ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
* Contributing ideas for improvements and innovations.
What will you bring?
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and high information management capability.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
* Ability to prioritise and work effectively in a team.
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
* At least 1 year of administrative experience.
* Experience in the telecoms industry and PIA network is advantageous but not mandatory.
