Role Summary
As a Commercial & Pricing Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing pricing strategies that drive profitable growth. Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams, you will develop pricing models, analyse market trends, and ensure competitive market positioning. With a focus on maintaining a comprehensive framework for managing customer terms, you will lead pricing reviews, coach a pricing analyst, and drive excellence in commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive profitable growth
* Maintain a comprehensive framework for managing customer terms
* Collaborate with sales and portfolio teams to develop competitive pricing proposals
* Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
* Analyse pricing data to identify opportunities and risks
* Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align pricing models with business objectives
* Lead pricing reviews and make recommendations for adjustments
* Collaborate with finance team to ensure financial viability of pricing models
* Develop and maintain pricing policies and procedures
* Lead, coach, and manage a pricing analyst
