Busy Bees Oxford, rated
Good by Ofsted, is a purpose-built nursery with a capacity of 110
children, supported by a longstanding staff team dedicated to
meeting individual needs and providing all children with the best
start in life. We enhance our community connections through visits
from the local police station and fire service, and we actively
contribute to our local food bank by collecting food every winter.

Responsibilities
* Assist in
planning and delivering educational activities that promote
childrens development.
* Create a safe,
stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships
with children and their families.
* Track and
report on childrens progress through observations and
assessments.
Required Qualifications:
What We’re Looking
For:
* Level 2 qualification in early years
education/childcare.Experience working with children under
5.
* Empathy and
understanding – each child is unique.Strong communication and organisational
skills.
You may
have previous experience working with children, ideally as
an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery
