Veriforce is looking for a Systems Support Analyst to support the administration and configuration of core business systems across the organisation.

Reporting To: Systems Support Lead
Responsibilities
* Diagnose and resolve business requirements through effective configuration of company IT systems.
* Provide expert advice, guidance, and mentorship to system users, promoting best practices.
* Collaborate with commercial, operations & product teams to deliver industry‑leading system capabilities.
* Partner with third‑party vendors through consultancy engagements and project‑based initiatives to drive system improvements.
* Take full ownership of system configuration, customisation, and implementation activities in line with the group SDLC.
* Perform business process analysis, design, and re‑engineering to enhance operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with security standards and protocols.
Qualifications
To be successful, you will have a strong understanding of enterprise business functions integration, the ability to identify and manage project and business risks, and the skill to translate complex technical concepts into clear language for diverse audiences. You should bring proven experience in analysing and resolving issues across business applications, providing professional system configuration and end‑user support, and deliver effective training to varied user groups. A collaborative and team‑oriented approach is essential.
