Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Clerk, based in Grays. The Import Clerk will handle day-to-day tasks such as customs brokerage, import/export documentation management, and communication with international trade partners. They will ensure that all import processes comply with relevant regulations and that goods are transported efficiently and cost-effectively.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customs Brokerage and Import Export processes
Strong Communication skills and experience in International Trade
Experience in Import documentation and regulatory compliance
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in an office environment
Prior experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a plus
Relevant certification or degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
