We are looking for a Group Financial Controller to oversee global reporting, compliance, and financial control. This role is integral to driving high-quality financial management across multiple entities, while leading and developing a talented finance team.

Responsibilities
* Group Reporting & Compliance: Lead group consolidations for management and statutory reporting under IFRS; manage annual audits, internal controls, and compliance with international regulations; take full responsibility for Head Office entity accounting.
* Tax & Treasury: Oversee corporate tax compliance and transfer pricing documentation; work with advisors on planning and optimisation initiatives; lead treasury operations, cash pooling, cash forecasting, and covenant reporting to lenders.
* M&A & Integration: Support financial due diligence and integration of acquired businesses; lead purchase accounting and ensure alignment of reporting post-acquisition.
* Systems & Processes: Oversee ERP (NetSuite preferred) and consolidation tools (e.g., Prophix); drive automation, process efficiency, and ensure data integrity across systems.
* Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance control team; foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
Qualifications & Must Have Skills
* ACA or ACCA qualification
* Fully qualified accountant with strong IFRS expertise
* Experience in multi-entity global environments
* Experience in group consolidations, audits, and corporate tax
* Strong treasury and cash flow management experience
* Hands-on M&A exposure including due diligence and integration (desirable)
* Advanced ERP knowledge (ideally NetSuite)
* (Desirable) Experience in private equity-backed environments
