Home Carer
I am looking for strong Carers with experience in Community or Home Care to join a rapidly expanding Home Care agency in Stockport.
iCare Solutions is a well-established Home Care Agency with offices based in and around the Manchester area. In order for our Carer’s to progress within our company and their careers we offer the opportunity to complete NVQ L1, L2 and L3 for free. Along with this we provide full training for Moving and Handling, Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults, Dementia, Medication and First aid. All of our Carer’s are provided with uniforms, hand sanitizers and PPE

PLUS HOLIDAY PAY
Experience is not required as applicants will be given full training however it is Desired
The Role
Within the role you will be responsible:
• To deliver excellent standards of care to individuals in a domestic setting.
• Assess the care needs to address the physical, psychological and social needs of the service users.
• Encourage and assist service users to achieve optimum independence.
• Administration of medications (where applicable)
• Supporting with personal and practical care, plus health related tasks.
The Candidate
Ideally you will have:
• DRIVING LICENSE and own vehicle due to the nature of role
• Staff will be required to have an enhanced CRB
