20k basic (although min wage will be guaranteed) – 55k OTE (uncapped) + car + benefits
Monday to Friday 8.30 – 6.00 (set day off)
Every Saturday 9.00 – 5.00, 1 in 3 Sundays 10.00 – 4.00
We’re looking for a motivated Car Sales Executive for our clients dealership - guiding customers through the car buying process and delivering exceptional service.
Duties
* Greet customers and guide them through the car buying process.
* Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
* Provide detailed information about features, specifications, pricing, and financing options.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new and used vehicles.
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through proactive follow-ups and networking.
* Stay updated on the latest car models, features, and industry trends.
* Demonstrate vehicles during test drives and provide comprehensive product demonstrations.
* Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
Qualifications
* Experience in car sales, from independent or main dealer.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Proven high customer service levels with a charismatic persona and good emotional intelligence.
