Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum (M1 to UP3)

Are you a passionate and innovative educator with expertise in Economics & Business? This is an exciting opportunity to join our upper school, committed to delivering excellent academic and personal development outcomes for students.
Our thriving Business department offers a full-time, permanent position. The department is well-resourced, with high student numbers opting for these subjects, providing opportunities to teach at both A Level and BTEC in the Sixth Form.
Ideally, we would like to appoint someone who has:
* An awareness of Rosenshine’s principles of instruction
* An understanding of key concepts in business, economics, and entrepreneurship
* An awareness of teaching strategies from Tom Sherrington’s ‘Walkthru’ series or Doug Lemov’s ‘Teach Like a Champion’
* An ability to promote high standards of student learning, achievement, progress, and behaviour through effective collaboration
* An ability to deliver inspiring lessons
