About the role
We are seeking to appoint a full-time Lecturer (Teaching) to act as Degree Coordinator and Tutor for the About you
The successful candidate will have a PhD in Anthropology or Archaeology. Candidates must be able to teach social anthropology and social theory to undergraduates with reference to broad themes in world history, human biology/evolution, archaeology, and the study of material culture. While there are no further restrictions on research background or specialisation, the candidate will ideally have demonstrated an interest in themes that cut across the disciplines of anthropology and archaeology or otherwise address questions of a broad and overarching nature in the development of human societies.
