A busy and growing architectural project management practice is looking for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join their Bermondsey-based practice. They seek an intelligent, proactive, and highly detail-oriented Bookkeeper (with strong experience in Xero), who is also willing to take on the role of Office Manager.
The Role:
This is a general studio support role, involving both financial and administrative responsibilities. You will maintain accurate financial records using Xero, handle invoices and expenses, support month-end processes, and ensure the smooth running of the studio by overseeing supplies, coordinating events, managing post/couriers, and supporting guests and team members.
Must Haves:
* At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or relevant qualification with practical exposure
* Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
* Highly organized with strong communication skills
* Calm, efficient, and confident in managing competing priorities
