Salary: £31,650 - £45,646 + SEN Allowance

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver differentiated Maths lessons to meet the individual needs of learners
Support students in building their numeracy, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
Collaborate with SEN support staff, therapists, and the wider teaching team to ensure a holistic and consistent approach
Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages engagement and progress
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a Maths specialism
Experience working with students with SEN, particularly in an SEMH setting, is highly desirable
Strong classroom management skills and a compassionate, adaptable teaching style
A commitment to inclusive education and helping every learner achieve their potential
