Description
We are looking for a commercially focussed HR Business Partner to partner with our Commercial & Marketing function, supporting growth, brand performance and organisational effectiveness in a fast-paced, externally facing environment.
Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll combine strategic partnering with hands‑on delivery, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders while driving impactful people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the lead HR partner for Commercial & Marketing, building trusted relationships with leaders and managers
* Translate commercial objectives into clear, actionable people plans aligned to business strategy
* Deliver workforce planning aligned to growth plans, budgets and commercial priorities
* Support organisational design, providing insight and challenge on structure, capability and team effectiveness
* Partner with Finance and Talent Acquisition to ensure aligned and sustainable headcount planning
* Lead performance management activity, driving clarity, accountability and high performance
* Coach leaders on people management, feedback and performance conversations to build capability
* Own end‑to‑end employee relations casework, managing issues fairly and in line with UK employment law
* Support and lead people aspects of change initiatives, including restructures and growth
* Use people data and engagement insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities, improving employee experience
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience), with Level 7 desirable
* Proven HR Business Partner experience in a fast‑paced, commercially driven environment (F1 or similar highly valued)
* Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management and workforce planning
* Experience influencing and supporting senior leaders in decision‑making
* Demonstrated experience delivering organisational change and transformation
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align people strategy to business performance
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence to challenge constructively
* Analytical and data‑driven, with the ability to generate insight and inform decisions
