💼 About the Role
As a QA Officer, you’ll be an important part of our Quality team, supporting GMP compliance and Quality Management System (QMS) activities. You’ll collaborate with Qualified Persons (QPs), manufacturing sites, and cross-functional teams to ensure products meet the highest regulatory and quality standards.
🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
* Reviewing batch records and supporting batch release activities
* Ensuring imported products meet GMP and regulatory requirements
* Supporting onboarding of new products, including documentation and risk assessments
* Providing QA oversight across manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain
* Managing and reviewing deviations, complaints, and investigations
* Supporting audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Contributing to quality system enhancements and staying current with GxP regulations
* Working closely with colleagues across the business to maintain compliance and quality excellence
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Experience or knowledge of GMP / GxP within pharmaceuticals
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Great communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
* A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team
