Payroll Manager
to join its finance team in London.
You will lead payroll operations for 500+ employees, with expanding international responsibilities. You'll work closely with Finance, HR, and department heads to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end UK payroll processing
* Oversee international payroll and ensure data accuracy
* Handle HMRC submissions, year-end reporting (P60, P11D), and PAYE Settlement Agreements
* Administer pension schemes, auto-enrolment, and employee opt-outs
* Reconcile payroll data with accounting systems and HMRC
* Provide payroll helpdesk support and liaise with internal stakeholders
Skills and Experience:
* 5+ years of UK payroll experience
* Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation (Tax, NI, SMP, SSP)
* Experience with in-house payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
* A proactive, collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
* Experience in professional services environment.
