Job Title: Deputy Hospitality Manager
The Deputy Hospitality Manager will support the GM in overseeing events and the restaurant by creating and maintaining standards, driving sales, and building relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Supervision and Training: Recruit, train, and supervise the catering team, including servers, chefs, and support staff. Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to maintain high performance.
2. Quality Control: Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations. Address and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
3. Logistics Management: Oversee event flow and operations at the onsite café, bar, and restaurant, including food service, beverage distribution, and guest interactions. Manage inventory and supply orders in coordination with the back of house and onsite manager.
4. Customer Service: Foster positive relationships with clients and guests, addressing their needs and concerns. Handle inquiries, requests, and dietary requirements professionally. Solicit feedback to improve catering services.
Qualifications:
* Experience in large-scale hospitality events, banquets, and sit-down dinners
* Excellent product knowledge (food and beverage)
