Overview
We are looking to recruit an Exams Support Officer to support the SENCo and examinations team to manage the administration of examination access arrangements and other functions of internal and external exams for HLNSC.
Responsibilities
* Gather and collate information regarding students who are entitled to exam access arrangements or who have been highlighted as requiring assessment for exams access support.
* Take the lead in organising and maintaining all systems and processes associated with exams access support, including monitoring approved applications and ensuring the College is fully compliant with JCQ regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be a team player, pro-active, flexible, organised and able to use your own initiative.
* Knowledge of compliancy in relation to the JCQ regulations, or the willingness to undertake training in this area is an essential requirement of the role. Full, on the job training will be offered.
* The post holder will have the ability to work remotely across all HLNSC campuses, with their base campus to be either Hereford or an NSC campus.
