Due to a possible management buyout in the near future, they now require the addition of a Service Desk Engineering Lead with demonstrable experience across a plethora of technical projects, from network migrations to cloud infrastructure upgrades.
This is an exciting opportunity with there being potential scope for the successful candidate to eventually become an actual manager and further develop the position into their own. Please note, previous experience working in an MSP environment is essential for this role.
In return. our client is offering a generous salary of up to c£55,000 D.O.E.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Closely support their clients with a plethora of technical projects, varying from network and O365 migrations to cloud infrastructure upgrades
2. Liaise closely with clients to understand stringent technical requirements and be able to scope and pre plan project accordingly
3. Prepare policies and procedures for clients, relating to CyberEssentials compliance
4. Oversee the maintenance, deployment and migration of Microsoft 365 suite of cloud services as well as Hyper-V/VMWare infrastructures
