See more on our benefits here.</p><h3>The Digital Product Manager Mission</h3><p>Drive Astrid & Miyus digital evolution by owning the website and app development roadmap, leading our CRO and A/B testing strategy, and constantly innovating to build a seamless, world‑class digital customer journey.</p><h3>Development & Roadmap Ownership</h3><ul><li>Own the website and app development roadmap and ticket backlog, constantly reviewing and prioritising items to ensure work aligns with team strategy and company goals.</li><li>Write clear, detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements for the development team.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team on e‑commerce optimisation, integrations, and account management.</li><li>Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of features.</li><li>Partner with the UI/UX team to create mockups for new features, staying ahead of new market trends and best practices for digital product development.</li></ul><h3>UX, Analytics & CRO</h3><ul><li>Oversee our A/B testing backlog and programme, working closely with our external CRO and web development agencies.</li><li>Identify and prioritise A/B tests and hypotheses, utilising analytics, user research, and feedback to drive insight and measurable improvements across all websites.</li></ul><h3>KPIs & Business Benefits</h3><ul><li>Make data-driven decisions to optimise the digital product, enhance features, and improve the conversion funnel.</li><li>Identify, create, and track key digital product KPIs, setting and monitoring performance vs. targets and managing monthly for CRO and web metrics.</li></ul><h3>Team Leadership</h3><ul><li>Manage, support, and develop our Digital Optimisation Associate – leading by example while staying true to our core values.</li><li>Champion continuous learning by upskilling the wider digital and ecommerce teams on CRO best practices, A/B testing methodologies, and data-driven insights, ensuring we all Grow Together.</li><li>Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer‑centricity.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Shopify experience is essential for this role.</li><li>Our values must resonate with you personally.</li><li>Strong understanding of Agile principles with hands‑on experience working in Scrum or Kanban frameworks and agile digital delivery.</li><li>The ability to understand complex technical concepts and work seamlessly alongside development teams.</li><li>You thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.</li><li>You are proactive, self‑starting, and take ownership without heavy direction and are comfortable with change.</li><li>You have a strong sense of accountability and pride in your work.</li></ul></div>
