The ideal chef will be experienced and have great knowledge of a quick, large kitchen. There will be plenty of opportunity to have input with menu development alongside cooking the food.
You will be enthusiastic & passionate with a genuine desire to learn and progress.
As a chef you will be given all of the encouragement that you need in order to succeed, with possible opportunities to progress in the near future.
You will:
* Be experienced in a similar role in a fast paced kitchen
* Have plenty of commitment and a genuine passion for food, training & quality service.
* Be able to run an exceptional food service - taking full responsibility for your section before, during & after service.
* Ensure the safety, security, appropriate storage, labelling & dating of all food stock in accordance with legislation & company policy.
* Be a team player with good communication, time-keeping & organisational skills.
* Be able to assist the team with stock control & operate the kitchen in line with budgets.

Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
