Forest Homecare is recruiting Community Care Assistants. No experience is necessary as full paid training is provided.

Responsibilities
* Helping our Service Users maintain their independence and dignity.
* Assisting with all aspects of personal care such as dressing, undressing, bathing, and toileting.
* Supporting with preparing and serving meals.
* Maintaining the service user’s physical environment including laundry, changing, and making beds, tidying, and light cleaning duties.
* Working in partnership with all relevant professionals to provide a strength-based, outcomes-focused approach to your work.
Hours and Schedule
We provide care 365 days a year between 6 am to 11 pm and split this over 4 shifts (Morning, Lunch, Tea, and Bed).
Full or part-time hours available, including every other weekend or one day every weekend.
Experience and Qualifications
Experience: This role is varied, and every day is different, so being adaptable and using your common sense and initiative are a must. You do not need to have worked as a Care Assistant before applying, but all experience in this field helps. Prior work in hospitality, customer service, or retail can be transferable to this role.
Forest Homecare is committed to ongoing training and supervision, qualifications, and continuing professional development. We provide an extensive induction at commencement of employment. Experience is not essential, just a willingness to learn and implement all necessary skills for the safety and well-being of service users.
