An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our team as an Property Management Team Leader based in Fallowfield. The salary package on offer is Competitive.

The role;
* Lead monthly 1-1s and quarterly reviews to support team development and host morning meetings.
* Deliver structured training and real time coaching
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and team growth
* Report weekly performance metrics to senior management
* Build strong relationships with landlords, especially those at risk
* Conduct monthly quality control checks and provide actionable feedback
* Handle Stage 1 formal complaints with professionalism and care
* Ensure compliance and quality in property takeovers
* Raise fees and manage expired S21 claims
* Champion team motivation, recognition, and continuous improvement
What we are looking for;
* A natural leader with a passion for people and property
* Organised, empathetic, and solutions-focused
* Experienced in residential property management and team development
* Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
* Able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping the team energised
* ARLA qualification or equivalent
