Part II Architectural Assistant Job in Winchester

Role & Responsibilities
* Work on bespoke, high-end residential and heritage projects
* Handle projects across all RIBA stages, focusing on stages 4 to completion
* Communicate with clients, conduct site visits and surveys
* Conduct project research and report progress to Project Architects
* Produce detailed hand drawings and high-quality design and technical drawings, including traditional-style joinery fittings
Required Skills & Experience
* Part II qualification with a minimum of 2 years' professional experience (PQE)
* Experience in bespoke detailing on traditional, high-end, or classical projects
* Experience in stage 4 onwards is essential
* Relevant UK project experience and a passion for classical architecture
* Strong design flair, technical skills, and experience in historic building preservation and refurbishment
* Knowledge of ArchiCAD is a plus, but full training will be provided
