This is a practical, office-based role focused on managing inbound and existing customer accounts, supporting the external sales function, and delivering effective marketing activity to generate and nurture leads. You'll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, improving sales processes, and ensuring marketing activity directly supports commercial performance. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop existing customer accounts, acting as a key internal point of contact * Support sales growth through lead generation, quotations, follow-ups, and order progression * Work closely with production and operations to ensure accurate pricing, delivery, and customer communication * Plan and deliver marketing activity that supports sales, including campaigns, content, and promotional materials * Maintain and analyse sales data, customer trends, and pipeline activity * Manage marketing projects from concept through to delivery * Collaborate with internal teams to align sales activity with business objectivesRequirements Experience in Internal Sales and/or Sales Support within a manufacturing environment * Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset * Understanding of marketing fundamentals, including digital marketing and branding * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Proactive, target-driven, and confident working independentlyHow to Apply Please submit your CV via this job advert
