As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the very foundation of our direct sales model. This role is about having meaningful interactions with customers and taking a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability.
WHAT'S THE ROLE?
As an Account Manager, you will engage with customers through site visits, demonstrating our innovative products and software, developing existing relationships, and uncovering new business opportunities. You will be responsible for managing your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing our CRM system, Salesforce.

* Visiting sites and customers to understand their needs and offering tailored solutions.
* Demonstrating products and software on-site.
* Building relationships with focus customers and identifying new leads.
* Managing your sales area strategically and operationally using Salesforce.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
* Customer-facing or sales experience in any industry.

* Full manual UK driving license (disclose points and expiry dates).
