A leading Build-to-Rent operator is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to be based on a high-end Build-to-Rent site in South London. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations on site, resident satisfaction, and leasing activities.
Overview: Job Title: BTR Assistant Community Manager
Location: South London
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Responsibilities include: Managing an on-site team.
Hiring, training, and developing staff.
Supervising the planning and execution of events.
Delivering excellent customer service to residents.
Ensuring team are implementing resident retention and renewal programs.
Maximising revenue streams.
Completing reports relating to leasing activities, budgets, etc.
The person: Experience in a similar role within BTR, property or hospitality.
Experience leading on site teams.
Have a good understanding of running a BTR property.
Knowledge of H&S regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
