This programme is designed for individuals who are looking to transition into teaching and want to build valuable classroom experience before applying for teacher training. As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and on task. Full training is provided, so no teaching qualifications or prior school experience are required. Graduates from academic, sporting, and performance backgrounds tend to excel in these roles due to their confidence, resilience, and strong communication skills. We offer a range of flexible placements, but candidates who can commit to a minimum of four days per week are particularly sought after. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your classroom management skills while earning £400–£500 per week.
