You will play a critical role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring access, ensuring site security, and responding promptly to incidents — all in alignment with Ministry of Defence (MoD) protocols.What you’ll do:* Greet staff and visitors and ensure they adhere to the required security identification and protocols for the site/area* Monitoring of CCTV, Access Control and other protective systems* Act as a first line response to activations & incidents or fault reporting* Log calls, relay messages and provide guidance and advice to visitors, clients, contractors and staff* Deliver and maintain customer service at all times, ensuring client satisfaction* Maintain a high standard of a well kept reception/entry area to ensure visitors journey starts with a positive impression.* Accurately complete daily occurrence and incident reportsWhat you bring: * Ability to interact with employees, contractors, consultants, visitors, and management as well as local police and fire authorities* Standard SIA license & CCTV License* Background in CCTV* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Experience in working in a similar role* Knowledge of security techniques and site and local emergency procedures* Basic computer literacyWhat we offer:Workingwith Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance tobe part of somethinggreater.
