🧠 Key Responsibilities Include:
Providing personalised 1:1 and small group support for pupils with EHCPs
Aiding with communication, sensory regulation, and behaviour strategies
Encouraging a positive, structured environment that supports student success
Working collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and families
Supporting a nurturing space where every child feels safe and valued
