We are working with a leading manufacturer in Wolverhampton who are looking for an Internal Operations Coordinator on a permanent basis. The role supports the with business with project coordination, quotations and internal resources, ensuring clear communication, project execution and a high level of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have experience coordinating projects within the manufacturing/engineering industry. Internal Operations Coordinator Permanent Salary up to £38,500 per annum Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm, Friday 9am – 4:30pm Wolverhampton Internal Operations Coordinator Job Description Manage project coordination, from order placement through to completion. Be the main point of contact for international customers, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication. Coordinate quotations, proposals and tenders, working closely with internal teams. Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, providing regular updates and issue resolution. Work cross functionally with estimating, design, engineering and production.
