As a Sales and Aftersales Administrator, you will support a high-quality and exclusive customer care service. Working alongside the sales teams you will liaise with customers developing long lasting, fruitful relationships.
What does the role involve?
* Help our customers with the administrative process before, during and after a vehicle purchase.
* Working closely with parts and service to manage ETA of accessories with vehicles being booked into the workshops
* Taking part in miscellaneous dealership duties.
* Having administrative experience in a sales supporting role would bedesirable
* Updating and maintaining the CRM system
* Co-ordinating with and assisting the Sales Team.
* Co-ordinating with other members of the Operations team to ensure customers orders are fulfilled on time.
* Handling general queries from customers and suppliers.
* Performing market research to help populate CRM system.
* Aftersales support.
* Process and support the resolution of customer complaints.
