About We’re looking for a Pricing Analyst who can play a critical role in developing, executing and managing data-driven pricing solutions and initiatives for the Holiday Extras insurance business. This will involve maximising profit and return whilst balancing policy volumes and scheme performance, and making sure these align to our business strategy. The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for testing and delivering innovative solutions and monitoring performance. They have an exceptional ability to communicate complex insights to key stakeholders, translate business requirements into pricing solutions and provide informed analysis which will drive the Insurance business objectives. The Role By joining our team you’ll: Join a talented, supportive team driving strategic growth within our insurance business. Identify and deliver pricing opportunities while developing your technical skills in pricing strategy and analysis. Support growth of our insurance portfolio by optimising existing products and collaborating with the business and underwriter to explore, test, and launch new offerings. Play a pivotal role in managing a significant revenue stream, maximising profit per policy while protecting conversion across all distribution channels. Lead efforts to grow our policy base and improve renewal performance, ensuring competitive pricing aligned with regulatory requirements. Collaborate across teams to shape and test new customer acquisition and cross-sell initiatives within the wider group. Review business performance, identify areas for improvement, and bring high-impact ideas to life through testing and iteration. Make a measurable impact on how we drive sustainable, long-term performance in our insurance business. Explore emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning, and their potential to enhance pricing and automation. What you can bring to our team: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and implement dynamic pricing solutions. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present analysis clearly and engage effectively with stakeholders. Knowledge of the insurance pricing landscape, including regulatory considerations and governance frameworks to support sustainable pricing. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker). Confident working with large datasets, extracting insights to guide pricing and commercial decisions. Familiar with pricing strategies, predictive modelling, optimisation techniques, and A/B testing. Understanding of insurance product structures and risk rating factors (e.g. age, region, medical conditions, trip type).
