Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to report any production delays or quality concerns. Adhere to all safety protocols and wear the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE). Contribute to a positive and safe work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration. Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. Basic understanding of lens manufacturing processes and quality control methods. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production demands. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with the team. Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Willingness to work in a rotating shift pattern, including weekends and holidays as required. Basic computer literacy for data entry and record-keeping purposes. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
