This L500 law firm is seeking a skilled Family Solicitor to undertake fee-earning work, offering hybrid working opportunities and the chance to be part of a close-knit, expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

\n\t
* Manage a varied caseload, including divorce, private children matters, non-molestation orders and financial relief cases
\n\t
* Handle cases independently under supervision and take on existing cases partway through
\n\t
* Attend court for directions hearings, first appointments and financial dispute resolution hearings
\n\t
* Take client instructions, draft legal documents and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
\n\t
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements, including the Solicitors Act and legal aid rules
\n\t
* Supervise and mentor junior team members, including conducting file reviews
