Join us as a Sales Order Operations Executive and play a vital role in the order-to-cash lifecycle for our customers. In this role, you’ll ensure every order is processed accurately and on time, whether it’s through our ERP system or provisioning digital products on the right platform. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Accounts Receivable, Retention, and Customer Services to make sure our customers receive the best possible service. Sales Order Operations Executive, Job Responsibilities: Process customer contracts and amendments in NetSuite Validate quotes in Salesforce, ensuring pricing and SKUs are correct Enforce company policies on pricing and discounting Manage documentation and ensure signed quotes are uploaded Respond to internal customer queries via phone, email, Teams Work closely with Accounts Receivable on invoicing questions Validate and process e-commerce orders Monitor daily orders and resolve issues promptly Support projects and identify process improvements Skills and experience you can bring: This role will suit someone who has worked in an order processing environment and has a great understanding of how an ERP system works and can work as part of a team as well as independently. Excellent attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Great team player & also able to work independently Excellent verbal & written skills Numerate and accurate Proficiency in Microsoft Office Previous experience working in an ERP system Ability to communicate clearly at all levels and across functions Strong engagement with colleagues, individually and as a team Champions positive change within the business Additional information: Permanent role, hybrid working in our Swindon Site.
