Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk responsibilities will include:
* Managing the process for multiple purchase ledgers
* Matching invoices to PO’s and GRN’s
* Processing, coding and matching invoices
* Complete weekly and monthly payment runs
* Checking supplier statements
* Close month end ledgers
* Calculating purchase accruals
* Successfully answering any related queries
* Ad-hoc management reporting when required
* Assisting with various other accounting duties
* Assisting to develop processes, procedures and reporting
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Solid experience in a busy purchase ledger/ accounts role
2. Must have the ability to work to tight deadlines
3. A forward thinking individual with the ability to work on their own initiative
