Job Description
The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for supporting the effective management, compliance, and coordination of all company‑owned and leased vehicles across construction sites in Ireland, UK & Europe.
* Maintain a comprehensive asset register of all vehicles.
* Coordinate servicing, preventative maintenance, CVRT/MOT testing, and inspections.
* Process purchase orders, invoices, and service‑related documentation.
* Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and defect reporting.
* Coordinate breakdown assistance and repairs.
* Manage fuel cards and monitor fuel usage.
* Support insurance claims and incident investigations.
* Generate fleet compliance reports for senior management.
* Support with maintaining plant database.
Qualifications
* Strong administrative and coordination skills.
* Knowledge of fleet operations.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Strong IT skills (Excel essential; experience with fleet/asset systems desirable).
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, site‑driven environment.
* Good communication skills across operational and site teams.
* Previous experience in an administrative or fleet‑based role.
* Strong working knowledge of compliance documentation.
