SEN Teaching Assistant – Immediate Start

Please note that PPA time is required for this role, and an Enhanced Child Only DBS registered on the Update Service will be essential to fast-track the application process.
What we’re looking for:
* Some prior experience working with children or young people with SEN
* A patient, caring, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* An Enhanced Child Only DBS on the Update Service (highly desirable to fast-track your application)
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
* Assisting the class teacher with tailored learning activities
* Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence
* Helping manage behaviour in a positive and supportive way
