All equipment (Phone & Laptop) are provided. Responsibilities To target, engage and onboard new prospects whilst managing and expanding the existing accounts within your region. Successfully work with the internal teams to meet business and client needs whilst maximizing client engagement and enhancing the customer experience You will be foretasting, tracking and forecasting key metrics to then report both internally and externally. Coordinate and manage the efficient on boarding process with the providers both internally and externally Monitor and review the cost efficiency along with the overall performance of the various providers. Identify, build and grow strategic relationships with your customers to aid in business growth. Continually maintain high levels of contact with your customers, prospects and Introductory agents. Requirements Account Management experience or similarly lead role required Experience managing/juggling multiple clients/projects Attention to detail, organizational skills and positive attitude is a must Any account management software experience desired but not required Property industry experience desired but not required
