This Plot Sales Lawyer job requires:
* A full understanding of the ins and outs of plot sales
* A no-nonsense, proactive approach to tackling the details of plot sales work
* Ability to communicate directly and effectively with developers, potential buyers, etc.
* A willingness to build and maintain relationships with developers

* Senior paralegals or legal executives experienced in plot sales
