Manage complex homelessness cases, making legally sound decisions under the Housing Act and Homelessness Reduction Act. Assess need, write high-quality reports, and ensure statutory duties (including temporary accommodation) are met correctly first time. Work closely with partners, landlords, and internal teams to prevent homelessness and support vulnerable households.
