The role includes: Overseeing support packages, including reviewing care plans and outcomes for the people we support
Supporting staff development through supervisions and appraisals, ensuring access to learning opportunities, and acting as a role model/mentor
Assisting with the daily operations of the service
This is a full-time position (37 hours per week). The salary ranges from £24,454.04 to £25,454.52 annually.
The role requires flexibility to meet the needs of the supported individuals and their families, including evening and weekend work.

Candidate requirements: We need you to be resilient, supportive, and sensitive to the needs of autistic people. Candidates should have management or shift-leading experience within social care. Leadership skills, patience, and commitment are essential. Working with autistic individuals is highly rewarding.
All staff are required to undergo a criminal background check. An Enhanced DBS Check, either via the Update Service or conducted within the last 12 months, is preferable but not mandatory.
